Meet Ellyn McNamara!

Ellyn desired at the age of 8 to become a nun.  She was raised in the Catholic faith and later as a Non Denominational Christian.  Her path of enlightenment and spirituality has taken many forms including Wicca, Kemetic Spirituality, different styles of Buddhism, Nam Myoho Renge Kyo chanting, meditation and the Penultimate; the Order of Divine Reality which she later realized was a cult.  Through voracious reading and a commitment to honor her own Divine Path, Ellyn went on a search to find her Guru; which she did in 2002.  Her Divine Light shines through as she talks about fear, racism, being intersex and losing family members when she came out to them.  Ellyn is committed to live her life in love in relationship with God as the Divine Mother.

Bearded Ladies FB Group.

This is a safe space for people who identify as women & who have beards to come and be uplifted, supported, and nurtured through the process of accepting and perhaps wearing their beard c). You are not alone. It took many years for me to embrace my beard. Now I wear it proudly. I get stares but I do not care. Some women have beards and this one will not be ashamed of it anymore. We are here we are bearded, get used to it!
