Meet Pastor Chester Hitchcock!
Pastor Chester Hitchcock received his B.A. in Theology from Columbia Union College, Takoma Park, MD in 1991. He has finished half of the courses towards a Master’s in
Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI through an off-campus program.
In 1991 Chester was hired by the Ohio Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and served in several multi-church districts until he retired in 2018. In 2002 he published an audio Bible memory program called “The Gospel Memory Course”. Hundreds of people have enjoyed this course at home or as a seminar taught
by Pastor Chester in their local church. The Gospel Memory Course was published and marketed in CD form through AdventSourse.org and is now available FREE in video form, for all who are interested in learning it.
Pastor Chester also enjoys ministering as an ally and advocate for the LGBTQ+ Community and their families who have been misjudged and ostracized from many houses of worship. His mission is to demonstrate how the Bible has been misinterpreted and therefore misunderstood in regards to what are referred to as “clobber” verses. Clobber verses are Bible passages that are often used to judge and condemn the LGBTQ+ Community.
In addition to “The Gospel Memory Course” and a series titled: “God Loves the LGBTQ+ Community, Pastor Chester also has a YouTube series on the book of Revelation and a variety of other biblical topics.
