Todd grew up in Salisbury N.C. and graduated in 1984. Todd moved to several cities in NC before returning back to Salisbury in March of 2021 to be closer to his family. Todd and his beloved twin; Tracie, told their parents at the same time that they were both gay! Wait to you hear how that turned out!
